Moving Mountains
Do you think you could move a mountain? The task could be daunting, at the very least, and probably completely overwhelming. Where would you start? How can it be done? These are some of the questions you would most likely ask. You might even think to yourself that it’s not possible. But…
I bet you could move 100 lbs of stone today, if you had to, from one side of your driveway to the other. Even if it took you several trips using a wheelbarrow. Even if it took you all day long! I know you could do it. Well, if you moved 100 lbs of stone everyday for a year, you would have moved over 36,000 lbs of stone - that’s a small mountain!

The key to achieving any goal worth your while is to think about it in these terms - a little bit each day. If your goal was easy enough to achieve all at once, or in a short period of time, you would have achieved it a long time ago. But achieving a mountain-sized goal needs to be done a little bit at a time, much like moving a mountain.
Want to lose 25 lbs? That’s just 2 lbs a month over the course of a year! Prospecting, exercise, home projects, learning a new language… Whatever your mountain is - you can achieve its summit by moving a little bit each day.
The side benefit of attacking your goals in this fashion is that you’ll know, at the end of each day, whether or not you’re on track to achieve them!
