Fit-20 Workout 06-15-12
The Fit-20 workouts are designed to work your entire body, be done just about anywhere, use minimal equipment, and take about 20 minutes. Check 'em out here.
Warm-up (2-5 minutes) - get your body loosened up & ready to go however works for you - running in place, dancing, jumping jacks, windmills - anything you want.
Do as many rounds as you can in 18 minutes:
1.) 12 Sit-ups
2.) 10 Dumbbell Renegade Rows (5 each hand)
3.) 8 Dumbbell Thrusters
4.) 6 Inverted Rows
Log your results, so you can see your progress and know what number to beat next time.
