“Slow-down? What slow-down?” says Mesa, where the Median Sales Price in July was over $300,000 for the first time at $301,750. This is up 9.7% YoY from the $275,000 median price in July ‘18, while the trend over the last couple of years shows consistent seasonality mixed in with consistent price appreciation.
It’s been a good run for homeowners in Mesa lately.
