The Median Sales Price in Scottsdale for the 3rd quarter this year was $569,450, up 6% from Q3 2017 and up 17% from Q3 2016.
I sound like a broken record lately when talking about seasonality, but look at the pattern of this chart: Q1 goes up, Q2 goes up, Q3 goes down, and Q4 goes down (or in 2016 was mostly flat.) It’s been very consistent over the last few years.
