Price per Square Foot decreases for larger homes

This is a case where the numbers prove what we all know inherently - that even though larger homes may cost more than smaller homes (in the same neighborhood), the smaller homes are usually more expensive on a price per square foot basis.

Note - this only holds true county-wide for homes less than 2,500 square feet, and for homes within the same neighborhood across any size range. We'll look at larger homes on Friday.
