The median price per square foot in Tempe has shown strong gains, both this year and over the last several years, with Q3 2018’s $181.98 up 9% from Q3 last year, and 34% since the beginning of 2015.
One thing different about this chart, compared with most of what we’ve seen recently, is the lack of seasonality. The chart is mostly an upward slope, with a few flat quarters, but the flat sections are coming from different quarters. I’m not sure why this differs from the rest of the cities’ charts; I suppose we’ll come back and visit this again as time goes on..
